SPINEFARM PRESS UPDATE: New Music + Videos From Dayseeker, Sleep Token, Stone Broken + Amaranthe!

DAYSEEKER DROP NEW SONG "BURIAL PLOT" — LISTEN
NEW ALBUM SLEEPTALK OUT SEPTEMBER 27 THROUGH SPINEFARM RECORDS
BAND TOURING WITH WAGE WAR
Dayseeker have dropped another new song from their upcoming album Sleeptalk, out September 27 via Spinefarm Records. Listen to "Burial Plot" here.
"'Burial Plot' explores the end of a relationship with a loved one after feeling that you'd spend the rest of your life with them. It's about the self reflection in realizing that you caused this inevitable split," explains singer Rory Rodriguez.
The band previously debuted the video for the title track. Watch it here.
After several years of hard-nosed touring throughout North America and Europe —including impressive showings on the final cross-country Vans Warped Tour— Southern California's Dayseeker hunkered down at home and establish their new sound in familiar territory. Entering the studio with budding producer and close personal friend, Daniel Braunstein, the band embraced a uniquely Los Angeles sound — showcasing decades of influence all wrapped within the band's core identity. From opening track to closing note ofSleeptalk, it's clear that the band has discarded what may have been expected and instead chosen to embrace something most artists struggle to ever find: themselves.
Dayseeker are back on the road this fall, touring with Wage War, Like Moths to Flames, and Polaris. All Dayseeker dates are below.

SUNDOWNING: "Sundowning, or sundown syndrome, is a neurological phenomenon associated with increased confusion and restlessness in patients with delirium or some form of dementia. The term'"sundowning’' was coined due to the timing of the patient's confusion. For patients with sundowning syndrome, a multitude of behavioral problems begin to occur in the evening or while the sun is setting…"

AMARANTHE DROP VIDEO FOR "HELIX" — WATCH!
Swedish melodic rock titans Amaranthe have dropped the video for "Helix," which is the title track from the band's most recent album. Watch it here.
"'Helix' is the title track of the album, and in many ways, it's the quintessential Amaranthe song, as well as very representative of the entire album musically and lyrically,” said guitarist Olof Mörck. "We teamed up with director wizard Patric Ullaeus once more to create something perfectly fitting to the song, and obviously Ullaeus never disappoints."
He continues, "Thematically, the video represents the inner and outer journey of overcoming one's fears, the obstacles and the people holding you back, and to ultimately find your true self — 'Helix' and the core of your soul"
Amaranthe are embarking on a Nordic tour this fall and will tour with Sabaton and Apocalyptica in 2020.
