Role of Area Representative /Officer / Administrative Chair- The administrative chair ensures that the administration carries out the tasks required for the operation of the club on a daily and annual basis to advance the mission and strategic plan of the club.
Help supervise and organize the Administrative Staff during meetings and throughout the year.
Stepping in for or assisting area chapter leaders at events and throughout the year.
Advising the current administration as to the best course of action in a specific situation or what has been done in the past providing the chair holders in a senior member of the club.
Basic knowledge of the duties of the chapter leaders or other administration.
Voting on policies and club related affairs.
