Our goal is to build people up, not tear them down. This is a team, and each person can easily contribute in different ways. Do not disrespect members of this team from different walks of life. Our purpose is to connect people with each other and get like-minded people supporting each other through going to concerts, patroning local businesses, and proving that alternative people are just as respectable as anyone else.
B: No Drama.
As a brand ambassador for our website and publications, you are representing an organization that participates in the community. Regardless of what the public says about you, it is your responsibility to conduct yourself in a composed manner. You must be aware that you now have a secondary audience that completely bleeds into your personal life because our friends overlap our fans. The impression that we make on the community is important. This team cannot and will not tolerate public deformation of character. This includes all social media. You do not know who is reading or listening, and you could potentially cost this company customers, advertisers or sponsors.

*The 24-HOUR Rule:
If you are pissed and riled up, you feel like you got something to say, or have a problem with someone, SIT ON IT for 24-hours! In the grand scheme of things, one has to be able to shrug certain things off. Do not be hypocritical and judgmental; sometimes people do not understand what you are about. Learn how to respond rather than react to someone who is getting under your skin. Sometimes showing them respect first and killing them with kindness is the right way to get them on your side. And not everyone is going to like you, no matter what. The way you treat others says a lot about you. If someone is being unprofessional with you during and event, contact administration so that the matter can be handled immediately and appropriately.
